This week's workshop was called 'Book Talk', throughout this session we had lots of fun exploring different books.
If children have positive experiences with books and enjoy reading, the more fun they have and the more they want to read. It builds their imagination, vocabulary and their reading confidence and comprehension skills.
During this workshop, parents got to read with their child. They focused on asking open and closed questions, decoding words, finding rhyming words and most importantly reading for FUN!
