Our SCHOOL BUS will be up and running on Tuesday 1 September. The bus will leave the corner of Berwick Road (at the Brompton Park end) at approximately 8.40am for arrival at school by 9.15am. There will be two afternoon buses at 1.50pm and 2.30pm.
NEW PRICES have been issued by the bus company. Please have the correct money ready: £1.20 single, £2.40 return or £8.50 for a weekly ticket.
Children travelling by bus in P6&7 will leave class early at 2.30pm. We advise the wearing of masks on the school bus, if your child is able to do so. This may not be possible for our younger girls.
Advice from the Department of Education is… 'while parents and children should be encouraged to use other means of travelling to school for example, walking or cycling where it is safe and reasonable to do so, we recognise that for many children the home to school transport network may be the only available option'.
